What types of securities does MicroVentures offer?

MicroVentures offers various types of investment opportunities. Most often, our Regulation D offerings are for investment in a special purpose vehicle (SPV), a fund that invests in the security indicated in the offering summary; although, occasionally, an offering will be directly with the issuer.

For more information about the type of security offered for a specific Regulation Crowdfunding offering, you may consult the issuer’s offering statement, also called a Form C, which can be found on the issuer’s offering page or at the SEC’s website for company filings. For Regulation D offerings or any offerings that are only available to accredited investors, the security type may be found in the offering summary or private placement memorandum listed on the offering page.

Please review offering documents for the details and risks of any potential investment.
