You can sign up to become an investor here. Once you’ve created your MicroVentures account, you will be asked a few questions that will help us better understand your investment experience and needs, including whether or not you’re an accredited investor, as well as the industries you’re most interested in.
If you are a non-accredited investor, you will be able to view our current Regulation Crowdfunding offerings and their funding documents after setting up your account. If you are an accredited investor, we will get in touch with you over the phone to confirm your accredited status. After your account has been activated, you will be able to browse our Regulation D primary and secondary offerings.
When you’ve found an investment you like, you can invest online through the platform using your MV Funding Account. At this time, your account may be funded using a credit card, through your personal bank account, or via wire. We do not accept payment via check or crypto.
Once the offering closes and is funded, you will be able to access the offering documents on your portfolio page.
If you need help setting up your MV Funding Account, check out the attached guide. If you have any additional questions, our Investor Relations team is happy to help walk you through the process.
