Yes, your investment can be canceled by the Issuer/Company before the offering is officially closed. While we don’t expect it to occur very often, the issuer has the same rights as you. The guidelines regarding the cancellation rights for a specific investment will be included in the Form C. The most common reason for cancellation would be if you were a competitor or a Bad actor.
