If you are an investor in one of our LLCs that directly invests in a specific company and it goes public, you will most likely receive shares. If you’re invested in one of our discretionary fund LLCs, you will receive cash. If a company you’ve invested in is acquired by another company, whether or not you receive cash, shares, or both depends on the terms of the acquisition.
