Will I receive tax documents?

For Regulation Crowdfunding investments, any tax documents and reporting are handled directly by the issuer and are not provided by MicroVentures. Based on the following type of Regulation Crowdfunding offerings, you can typically expect the following documents to be provided:

• For C Corp equity investments: No tax documents are provided unless there is a taxable event, such as a distribution
• For Revenue Share investments: Tax documents come from the issuer to you directly
